Fences - photographs
On my daily route to SARAI I noticed this fence. The fence marks the division of the road; one direction to the center of Delhi, the other towards Patparganj. When showing the photo's to my indian friends, none of them could explain what this was about. The items are probably offers; but by whom or why they're put in this particular place is still a mystery.
