NOASS VIDEO is a videoart gallery. Within the confines of the project NOASS VIDEO, it is envisaged that there will be exchanges on an international level of the works of video artists as well as communication.

The social organisation,"Culture and art project, NOASS" is the creative intelligences association. S/O NOASS has established a non- commercial modern cultural centre on the 'Noass'. This boat, with its exhibition and conference hall, emphasizes on encouraging the interaction of culture and art, through opportunities for curators and artists to experiment.
