The first section presents video works from Holland, Latvia and other locations which show direct relations between sound and vision. These video works have been selected from the collection of Montevideo/Nederlands Instituut voor Mediakunst, Amsterdam, and from the NOASS Gallery archives in Riga.

In collaboration with Bart Rutten [director] and Annet Dekker [curator] a compilation DVD will be made with combination of historical and contemporary experimental audiovisual art within and around the Netherlands. Ieva Auzina [director RIXC] and Dzintars Zilgalvis [director NOASS] are responsible for the selection of audiovisual works, coming from the archives of the NOASS institute [Riga]
